I am here

I am here for soul service. On the planet, of the planet, for the planet.

I am a creator, a dreamer. I follow the energy. I listen with my body.

I play with words

poetry.

I paint on canvas,

dreams and curiosities that heal and evolve me.

I am here to show up for the world any way I can.

Because I am a seeker. Because I am compelled

beyond the emerald forests of delicious solitude

to shine on the shadows. Bring wholeness to the hollows.

I am a rememberer. Here to learn and grow.

To teach and heal. To honor the medicine. To hold the space. To let go with grace. I am here to share what I know.

With Impeccability. Humility.

I am here to honor that which came before, and plant seeds wherever I go.

I am here to take right action and be a conduit for reconnection. To 'be the change' by raising my own vibration.

Whole heartedly. Playfully. Soulfully, I am here.

About

Amanda Lux BCPP, LMT, Ch, Artist

“I am passionate about empowering my clients to take concrete steps toward self-realization and the manifestation of their goals, visions, and dreams”.

I was immersed in and have been drawn to the healing arts for as long as I can remember. As a child, a teenager, and into adulthood I have always been a seeker, a healer, a listener, and an empath. Other than being a mom to my two amazing kids (who are practically adults now!) and spending a short stint pulling espresso shots and waitressing in New York City, and L.A., working in the healing arts has been my only passion and vocation for most of my adult life. I moved to Olympia in 2004 and opened my healing arts practice which quickly grew to be wildly successful.

I began my formal studies in massage, craniosacral therapy and Polarity therapy at the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing in L.A. in 2003 as well as the Upledger Institute and The Life Energy Institute. After moving to Olympia, WA in 2004 I continued my studies in craniosacral therapy with Ursula Popp and attended the Evergreen State College where I studied behavioral medicine, yoga, body-oriented psychology, nutrition including raw foods and juice fasting for mental, emotional and physical health.

In 2013 I completed my hypnotherapy training in the BodyMind Bridge method with Shuna Morelli and have been working as a Registered Hypnotherapist ever since.

In 2017 (after over 13 years of study!) I completed my requirements for certification and passed my board exam to become a board-certified polarity practitioner (BCPP).

I am currently enrolled in a six-year polarity teacher training program through the Life Energy Institute with the world famous Gary Strauss. Gary is a master at holding space and is by far one of the most profound teachers and human beings I have ever known.

I am and always will be a devoted student of this deep and sacred work.

I studied Active Dreaming, a method of dream re-entry and shamanic journey work with my dearest mentor Karuna for over six years, as well as Robert Moss who I trained as a dream teacher with in the Active Dreaming method.

I am a Transformational Life Coach certified by the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ.

I am most excited about the power of combining transformational coaching skills with Polarity Therapy, somatic and energetic listening/counseling, and hands-on healing.

Over the past 16 years, I have received hundreds and given thousands of private sessions. I have taken countless workshops and classes with inspiring mentors, healers, coaches, shamans, energy workers, hypnotherapists, and of course bodyworkers of numerous and varied styles.

Yet I believe the most profound teachings I have received over the last decade-plus of my career has come from my clients.

Working with such a vast array of bodies and souls has been an enlightening journey and I treasure every session and every individual I have worked (and played) with.

It is my deepest most heartfelt desire to be of service to each individual’s unique healing journey towards self-actualization, wholeness, and vibrant aliveness4
